Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Session tokens expire after a period of inactivity. You can enable two-factor authentication from account settings — we strongly recommend doing so, particularly if you use UPI or PhonePe for withdrawals.

Data Retention

Account records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a further period required by applicable financial regulations. Once that period lapses and you have requested closure, identifiable records are deleted or anonymised.

Yes. Every account created through winstarexch365.co is subject to these terms. Access to specific markets or features depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If your region restricts a particular service, that section of the terms notes it explicitly.

Log in, go to the help portal and submit a data-access request. Include your registered email address and account ID. We will compile your records and send them to your registered email within seven working days of receiving a valid request.
